The Wild Warrior Wellbeing CIC is a holistic heart led community interest company which has been created to serve the people of the community with full and part funded programmes.

We provide a range of holistic practises, wellness programmes, corporate trauma informed wellbeing training workshops, mindfulness techniques, meditation, mindset coaching, somatic exercises, alternative therapies for a range of different reasons from healing trauma, to restoring the nervous system or simply providing support and coaching to help people to step into their truest potential.

We are delighted to be hosting this special Wild Warrior Wellbeing CIC Walk on December 7th 2025 in the beautiful town of Kirkby, Liverpool.

This event is open to everyone. Its a Family Festive Walk sponsored by Sport England where we will join together to connect at Christmas time, share a lovely stroll from St Chads, returning to the Church at the end of our walk to light a candle and share our Christmas wishes with one another. We will listen to some beautiful singers and will join in with some carols to put us all in a festive mood. There will be some uplifting and inspirational talks from some of our own community members and we will share in refreshments and some treats for the children that join us too.

Christmas is a beautiful time of the year yet often for many, it is also a time of isolation and loneliness. This Wild Warrior Wellbeing CIC Walk will hopefully bring some extra joy to those that need it most.

We would love to welcome you and meet you on the day.

The ripple effect of our work is happening...

Bev

The unbecoming program was life changing for me. It helped me find the courage to leave a 20 year career that I was unhappy in, I went on to create a successful self employed business, this program was a pathway to recovery to break free from my addiction which ultimately saved my life and my marriage.

Jane

The Unbecoming programme gave the awareness to discover why I was so sad, emotionally exhausted and numb. It supported me throughout my grief, taught me to feel happy again and was the perfect container to help me come off my anti-depressants.

Phil

Me and my wife communicate better than ever. It has given me the awareness I need to serve her and myself in a more loving and purposeful manner. It has supported me to work through my trauma and it has allowed me to mend my relationship with my children.
